Foot & Ankle Surgery

Steward Orthopedics

Steward Orthopedics fellowship trained podiatric surgeons are highly specialized in treating the complex structure of the foot and ankle. Foot and ankle pain can last years and impact a patient’s quality of life. Our orthopedic foot and ankle surgeons are here to diagnose and treat patients to get them back to the activities and quality of life they had before their injury.

Treatment Options

Diagnosing foot and ankle trauma requires a physical exam. Your doctor will take a thorough medical history and check the area for pain and/or inflammations. The appointment will also usually measure your mobility and range of motion in the injured area. The diagnoses could also include imaging such as an X-ray, CT, or MRI scans.

Damage to the foot or ankle are among the most common injuries for athletes and active adults. Our orthopedic clinics treat the spectrum of injuries whether sports or work-related injuries. In addition, our physicians treat disease, fractures, congenital defects and deformities or the foot and ankle. With the latest technology, our surgeons in both the clinic and hospital settings have the skill and knowledge to get patients back on their feet. Treatment options can range from physical therapy and medication management to total reconstruction and replacement.
